How To Make Pizza Dough In A Bread Machine

It’s actually rather simple to create pizza dough in your bread machine. Here are the ingredients that you will need:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flat beer
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons of yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose-flour

It doesn’t take very long to make this pizza dough when you use the bread machine as a tool.

Course of action

1. Put the beer, sugar, butter, salt, yeast, and flour in the bread machine. Then select the “dough” setting which all bread machines should come with. If it isn’t named “dough”, it’s going to be something like that. You’ll find it!

2. Remove the dough from the bread machine when the cycle has completed. This usually leads to the bread machine starting to beep. Press or roll the dough so that it covers a prepared pizza pan. We highly recommend that you brush it with olive oil. Then cover it and let it stay for around 20 minutes. You should now start preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

4. Spread toppings and sauce on top of the dough. You then want to bake it til the crust is light brown and crispy, which usually takes around 25 minutes all depending on your oven.
